Terms of Service

The service

DockHive rents portable power banks from self-service stations located in venues across Ireland. Rentals are made through the DockHive app, where the full rental agreement, current pricing and payment terms are shown before you confirm a rental.

Pricing

Standard pricing is €4 per hour with a €8 daily cap, billed through the payment method registered in the app. Billing stops automatically when the power bank is returned to any DockHive station. Promotional offers (such as free first minutes for new users) are described in the app and may change.

Your responsibilities

You agree to treat the power bank with reasonable care and to return it to a DockHive station when finished. Power banks that are lost, damaged or not returned may incur a replacement charge as set out in the app at the time of rental.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law. The service is provided as described; to the maximum extent permitted, DockHive is not liable for indirect losses arising from the unavailability of stations or power banks.
